This corn starch impressed me in both cooking and baking applications. It thickened gravies and puddings effectively (about twice the power of flour), while remaining flavor-neutral. I appreciate the gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, and kosher certifications — strong points for clean-label conscious cooking. The large 17.63 oz airtight container adds value and storage convenience.
