My husband takes these for lunch every day. It’s way easier to just buy this about once a month or so then buy and store several canisters. Also buying in bulk here means less wasteful plastic being trashed. We do unsalted because we prefer to limit our salt intake for health reasons. They are always fresh and delicious. They are consistently good. We have been buying for over a year and never had an issue.

I purchased a 5lb bag of peanuts and used a Vitamix type blender to make my first batch of homemade peanut butter. The nuts seem to have a small amount of salt listed which I believe is natural in the peanuts, I can't say for sure about the salt but they taste unsalted and seem to be a very good quality peanut. I pull them out of the bag, threw a few cups in the blender and within a minute or two I have great tasting peanut butter with nothing added! I used two cups of the newly made peanut butter and made the most delicious cookies. Throw in some honey and a pinch of salt and you have an instant healthy peanut butter spread with no crazy preservatives! The nuts seem to be a high quality from what I can tell. The peanuts seem to be all shelled well and have a great fresh consistency and taste. The bag is almost empty already and I hope they sell it in a larger quantity. I found adding Himalayan salt makes the peanut taste pop out at you unexpectedly… great flavor. I do need to find out what the shelf life is for the peanuts. I am impressed with the nuts just from the flavor and texture of the first two batches I ground up. Yummy stuff!
