Bottle says “flavoring” not “extract”; ingredients covered over; very bitter, not spicyTrying to find a ginger flavoring for soda water.
The bitterness is overpowering. Have not been able to sweeten to get rid of.
No spiciness at all. Add Tabasco.
Update: I was treating this as a concentrate. With 1/4 cup, you can taste the ginger and a good spicy bite. Unfortunately, it makes only four glasses of soda. The bottle lasts a day 🙁
Bottle is different from what’s shown in add. Says “flavoring”, not “extract”. Nutrition and ingredients information masked by a sticker on top that then says “pure ginger extract”. See pics.
