Almost as good as freshI love using Makrut (the preferred term for Kaffir) lime leaves in Asian cooking, particularly curries and creamy dishes like Hor Mok. We used to have a Makrut lime tree, but moved and our climate no longer supports it–so this is a good substitute. Nothing really beats fresh Makrut lime leaves, but steeped in warm water these give a good fragrance and work pretty well in all my Thai and Cambodian dishes (sometimes I add an extra leaf to make the flavor a little stronger). This pack will last a good while and impart decent flavor into dishes. Recommend.

Superb!These kaffir lime leaves are truly premium quality. The aroma is strong and fresh. I made a big pot of soup flavored with these kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass, and it was a big hit! Everyone loved it. I'll be using these in my Thai curries, rice dishes, soups and noodle dishes. A few leaves gives a lot of fragrance. Good value and I will definitely buy again. I recommend them.
