I am only 4 staring instead of 5 because it says sea salt pistachio cream so I was looking for that sea salt twist and it’s just not there, however it is delicious! I used it for a cheesecake and couldn’t be happier. Very thick and creamy, rich pistachio taste, over all a great quality of cream. Almost has a peanutbutter consistency. Ordering again for future cheesecakes and can not wait!

Purchased this jar of deliciousness to make a gluten-free pistachio olive oil cake recipe by Giada, and it was a huge hit! I honestly had no idea what it was and was pleasantly surprised. Came quickly, too, which I needed. The quality and texture of this spread is great, not too sweet, perfect pistachio nuttiness. I like that it's legit from Italy, I feel like the ingredients are always better and of a higher quality when made in Europe.
