This is my favorite balsamic vinegar, both for taste as well as its thick consistency. In fact, it's so thick that it's almost more of a glaze than a standard vinegar, to the point that I often have to add water when mixing salad dressings with it. But, for a great caprese salad topped with EVOO and balsamic, this is hard to beat!

I gave this item a try and was very pleased. Thick, flavorful, worth the premium price. This pairs extremely well with the Ellora Farms, Certified PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is also highly recommended.
