have used this in CA many years but cannot find in my new locale. so happy to find this online. a very delicious very thick aged balsamic. Must get this one, that being the 25yrs grand reserve!! as it is so much thicker than their others

I first found this in a store, where I could read the label. I had read that grape must should be the major ingredient for the best flavored balsamic vinegar. The ingredients in this balsamic vinegar as listed on the bottle: concentrated grape must, cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Also important, this balsamic vinegar is aged in oak wood barrels until it is thick.
Premium balsamic vinegars are aged for many years and are very expensive. For its price, this one is the best I've found.
I use this balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil as a salad dressing. Yummy! I have to shake the bottle and/or rock it up and down to get enough balsamic vinegar out of the bottle. It would be hard to get a teaspoon or tablespoon out to use in cooking.

I was buying this product in my local healthy grocery store for at least 5 year now and they were out of it so I looked on Amazon and wallah! Almost the same price too and shipped right to my door. This vinegar is more of a syrup consistency which is much better tasting and you don't get your clothes splashed with red like you do when eating regular watery vinegar. It is a premier product and you only need a few shakes as I call it. It doesn't really flow out, so I shake it into the salad itself and add the oil separately. This is without a doubt the highest quality product you can find and it makes for a great plate presentation when you want to drizzle balsamic on your food. This is the the stuff I imagine those top chefs use for plating decor and flavor. 10 stars in my opinion!!!

An explosion of flavor from this match made in heaven, leaves you breathless and speechless…this masterpiece rivals any 50 year aged balsamic I ever tasted!
