We use it for our dog, but that is in no way meant to imply it's not good for humans! The lid has a pull tab but it's surprisingly difficult to detach. Also top of the can is non-standard width, so plastic container lids don't fit. (We use a piece of aluminum foil instead.)

Product pretty good but CANs are ALWAYS dented and some are SPLIT OPEN!!!

It's hard to find canned pure pumpkin throughout the year. I was excited to see this choice so I bought 3 packages. I should have read the reviews & studied photos of this product's can label before ordering! I can confirm the concerns a few others are expressing. This is a product of China, not USA. Several of my cans are dented. The can's pull tab is incredibly hard to open. Finally, the consistency is watery & the taste is odd, not a rich pumpkin flavor.

Very finely pureed. Smooth. We mix it in with our dog's food and he loves it, helps with digestion.
The unconventional way I am using Polar Pumpkin Puree –
All doggies need pumpkin. Period. Their poops are so much better. Get it. This brand is richer in color. No additives. He loves it.
