First Time ExperienceAs a cultural project we made Duryaki which was like a pancake and sweetened red bean paste sandwich. We've never eaten it before so I can't say we are knowledgeable in what the product is traditionally suppose to be like.
It was different yet tasty. The product pretty much tasted like what I imagined it would. I took the star off because paste implies smooth while this was very chunky, but maybe it's suppose to be?

Great for TaiyakiGreat for the authentic Taiyaki filling. If you've never had red bean paste, it has the texture of mashed potatoes but is quite sweet. Came in perfect condition, I refrigerated mine for about a hour before using.
