Pro: I'm enjoying Indian cooking at home and the health benefits of home cooked meals. This combination of spices have more heat than I usually use, but the flavor is delicious , no sodium or sugar listed and easy to use on multiples dishes.I purchased the 1.75 once plastic bottle as it fits nicely in my spice rack. I do wish it was glass instead of plastic but it does have a nice shaker cap built into the lid with larger holes that allows the powder to dispense easily.
Con: The expiration date is shorter than most of the spices I've purchased but it's still 6 months from now on October 04, 2025. I'm quite confident that I will use it up within that time so would recommend it!

This is the curry powder I grew up with. Heavier on the fenugreek than most, it’s a tremendous base for mayonnaise or mayonnaise based salads like chicken or tuna.
