OMGOSH this is such a unique and delicious hot sauce. Totally different than any sauce or salsa this has spicy, deep and complex taste

I LOVE West Indian Pepper Sauce. Matouks have been around for years. They make a GREAT pepper sauce. It us not just your typical hot sauce that burns. This has flavour plus the added element of all hot sauces. Can't go wrong if your looking for Good flavorful hot sauce.

This is what I've been looking for my whole life. The flavor is delicious. It's not vinegary. The Heat is perfect for me. On a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being fire. 1 being bland. This hits a 6.5 for me. But it's a slow kind of burn/Heat where you can still taste all the food. Like I could taste the rice, potatoes, olives, ham, etc.
I will be buying another bottle once I finish this review. It's perfect.
I like this better than Bertie's, flavor wise. Berties is like a 7.5 on my Heat scale. If that helps ant.

My local supermarket has been out of stock for a while and I love this stuff! It is hot, but not too hot depending on your sensitivity. As noted by others, it has an actual flavor that adds to whatever you put it on. This large bottle was very reasonably priced.
