We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.
To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more.
This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.
Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts Its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by the blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.
If you’ve found a malfunction or have ideas for improvement, we’ll be happy to hear from you. You can reach out to the website’s operators by using the following email
Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:
Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.
These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers).
Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs. There may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility, following technological advancements. For any assistance, please reach out to

I take medication that causes dehydration, so staying properly hydrated is a real challenge for me. The problem is… I’m one of those people who just cannot stand drinking plain water. I need flavor—something that makes sipping water actually enjoyable. I’ve tried just about everything: Propel, Gatorade, and a bunch of other so-called electrolyte waters. None of them worked for me. Either the taste was off, they were too sugary, or they didn’t seem to make a difference at all.
Then I found these. I’ve only been using them for two days and I can already feel a HUGE difference. My body feels more hydrated, I wake up with less grogginess and fewer body aches, and overall, I just feel better. It’s honestly kind of shocking how fast they worked.
I’m also a bit of a tumbler hoarder—guilty! I usually use my Venti Starbucks plastic tumbler, fill it nearly to the brim with ice water, and pour one packet in. Quick tip: make sure to stir it well. The first time I just swirled it around and ended up sucking up a bunch of dry powder clumps—bleh. Now I use a butter knife to stir it thoroughly and it dissolves perfectly.
I bought the strawberry flavor, and let me just say—it’s so good. It’s sweet, but not overpowering. Sometimes, if I want an extra kick of flavor, I’ll mix in a tiny bit of a sugar-free strawberry lemonade packet. Chef’s kiss. It's like a mini mocktail that actually hydrates you.
Now, let me tell you what sold me on these for good.
I work in the shipping industry and spend a lot of time in the warehouse. I live in South Carolina, where the heat and humidity can be brutal, especially in buildings with poor ventilation. About a week ago, I was in the warehouse for six straight hours. I was sweating nonstop, got overheated, and felt like I was going to pass out. My head was pounding, I was nauseous, my hands were shaky—it was bad. One of my coworkers handed me a packet of the lemon lime flavor from this same brand. I mixed it up and drank it down, and within 30 minutes, all my symptoms were gone. Not even exaggerating. That moment right there convinced me to order them for myself.
Honestly, everyone should have these on hand. This stuff is the bomb-diggity. If you toss in a Vitamin C tablet too—BOOM! You’ve got yourself a delicious, hydrating, vitamin-packed drink. So refreshing, especially with extra ice.
The flavor is amazing—if you like strawberry drinks, you’ll love this. It turns a boring bottle of water into something you actually look forward to drinking. If it’s a little too sweet for your taste, just dilute it with more water or try the sugar-free version. I like that it’s easy to adjust the flavor to your liking. It’s also gentle on the stomach, which is a huge plus—unlike some of the sugary sports drinks out there that feel heavy or cause stomach upset.
Bonus: I’m also a runner, and I struggle with severe leg cramps at night. I’ve been trying to get more electrolytes into my daily routine, and these have definitely helped. The only downside for me is that this version has a bit more sugar than I’d like. I don’t love stevia (so I avoid the zero-sugar kind), but I usually just use half a packet to keep the sugar lower. It still tastes great and works just as well.
Final verdict: BUY THEM. All the flavors are great. Super effective, tasty, and customizable. I genuinely feel better since I started using these.

Surprisingly Good — A Fun Twist on Hydration
I wasn’t sure what to expect with the Cotton Candy flavor of Liquid I.V., but I’m always up for trying new flavors — and this one was a pleasant surprise.
If you’re familiar with Liquid I.V., you already know the formula works. It really does help with hydration, especially after workouts, long days in the sun, or just when I’ve had too much coffee and not enough water. It gives me a quick energy boost and helps me feel more alert and refreshed, especially in the afternoons.
Now onto the flavor — cotton candy. I was a little skeptical at first. I mean, cotton candy and electrolytes? But it actually works. It’s sweet without being too overpowering or artificial, and it has that nostalgic fairground vibe without tasting like straight-up sugar. It’s more like a light, fruity sweetness with a hint of that classic spun sugar flavor. If you like sweeter drinks and you’re looking for something a little different from the usual lemon-lime or berry blends, this is a fun twist.
That said, if you’re not into sweet flavors or you prefer something more citrusy or subtle, this might not be your top pick. But for me, it’s a great change of pace and a fun way to make staying hydrated feel less like a chore and more like a treat.
Overall, Liquid I.V. Cotton Candy is a win. It’s not my everyday go-to flavor, but it’s definitely one I like to keep around when I want something different — or when I want to impress friends with a hydration drink that doesn’t taste like chalk.
Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier, Electrolyte Powder –
I can’t say enough good things about Liquid IV! It’s become my go-to hydration solution, and I’m seriously impressed with how effective and convenient it is. Whether I’m recovering from a workout, feeling a bit dehydrated, or just need a pick-me-up during a busy day, this stuff is a lifesaver.
Instant Hydration:
What I love most about Liquid IV is how quickly it hydrates. It uses a special electrolyte and water absorption technology called Cellular Transport Technology (CTT), which helps your body absorb water faster and more effectively than just water alone. I can feel the difference almost immediately. I’m not just quenching my thirst; I’m replenishing my body’s hydration needs much more efficiently.
Tasty & Refreshing:
The flavors are fantastic! My personal favorite is the Lemon Lime, which is super refreshing and not too sweet. It has just the right balance of flavor to make it enjoyable, without being overpowering. Other flavors like Acai Berry and Passion Fruit are also great, and I love having different options depending on my mood. Plus, it’s a nice change from plain water, especially if you’re someone who struggles to drink enough water throughout the day.
Convenient & Easy to Use:
I love how portable and easy-to-use Liquid IV is. Each packet is compact and perfect for tossing in your bag or gym bag. All you have to do is mix one packet with about 16 ounces of water, and you’re good to go! No need for bulky bottles or complicated prep. It’s a quick, easy way to get hydrated on the go.
Energy Boost:
Another benefit I noticed is the added boost of energy I get from the Liquid IV. It doesn’t contain caffeine, but the electrolyte balance gives me that little extra something to keep me going, especially when I’m feeling sluggish. It’s also great after a workout to help with recovery and to prevent muscle cramps.
Subscription Service:
I also have Liquid IV on subscription, which makes it so easy to have a fresh supply delivered every 4 weeks. This subscription service is perfect for keeping my hydration routine consistent, and I never have to worry about running out. It’s one less thing to think about, and I love having it delivered right to my door, so I’m always stocked up and ready to hydrate!
Perfect For:
Staying hydrated during workouts or intense physical activity
Recovering from a night out or fighting off a hangover
Busy days when you need an energy boost and extra hydration
People who struggle to drink enough water during the day
Traveling, as it’s easy to carry and mix anywhere
Subscribing for consistent hydration every month
Final Thoughts:
Liquid IV is a game-changer for staying hydrated, especially when I need more than just plain water to feel properly replenished. The flavors are delicious, and the technology behind it makes hydration fast and effective. I’ve noticed a real difference in how I feel after using it—less sluggish, more energized, and more hydrated. Plus, with the convenience of the subscription service, I never run out of my favorite hydration aid. If you're looking for a quick and effective way to stay hydrated, I highly recommend giving Liquid IV a try. It’s now a staple in my daily routine!

It is a good product. Does not upset my stomach and provides necessary electrolytes. A bit too much sugar for my taste and I added double the water recommended to dim the sweetness. Overall a good product
