Well considering it's the prime ingredient in nearly every major jerky marinade recipe, if you're into making your own jerky, that's the answer right there. This stuff has a great flavor, has predictable levels of salt, and you'll have so much to spare you really don't have to hold back. Dump a few glugs into your bowl, whisk in some honey, spices, whatever else you got, and then add your meat. 12 hours later it's ready to dry. Boom.
And I suppose you can put it on Chinese food too, but you don't need a whole gallon to season your take-out. I use it for jerky.
