The scent is the first thing you'll notice, and one of the best features of this product. I would open the container just to get a whiff, and close it after I was done smelling it. Thats how amazing it smells. It has a cherry scent thats mixed with a tangy plum, and the scent is long lasting, and even there a little after the container is empty. The flavour is something that *may* leave ppl unsatified, but it just leaves me wanting more. The flavour is very similiar to how it smells, but much lighter and a bit more savoury. Hope this helps someone 🙂

I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful these preserved Cherry Blossoms are. Take a small bowl of warm water, put a preserved cherry blossom in the water, give it a gentle swish and the salt with come off it. I like to put mine on rice and even oatmeal in springtime. The instructions say to remove the branch part before eating (you can translate what it says by using the Google Translate app). I think they will keep in the fridge for a long time. I am really happy with them
