   Good parchment paper.

   This parchment paper works well. I like that it’s not bleached.

   Excellent quality.

   Parchment paper is a pretty generic item. This brand is perfect, holds up well in the oven, and in general is one of the most handy items to have around…less cleanup. Not much to assess…it works well.

   Great parchment. Have been using for years

   Use every week when baking. Excellent non-stick and no burning. Serrated cutter built into the box is plastic and not awesome, but we just use scissors. No more constantly throwing away aluminum foil.

   Box is flimsy

   The parchment paper itself is wonderful and I like using it for my cooking and baking needs.
   My only ick is that the tears are always tattered or rips irregular and never have I got a smooth even cut. I know they use recycle materials for the box but When you go to tear it is flimsy and doesn't hold enough pressure evenly through out the tear.
   So I would suggest if you want a good tear maybe buy one of those nice storage boxes with the slicer blade on it. And you'd have a banging good paper!!!
   I use one sheet up to 3 times of baking in a session.
