I"m no expert on oils but like this light oil. I use it to make vinaigrettes, rather than olive oil. It takes less and is unobtrusive. I mix it with tarragon vinegar that I infuse and throw in some ground pepper, powdered English mustard, maybe some pepperoncini, salt in the vinegar first, and I have a nice salad dressing for veg salads or pasta salads.

I use canola oil because it doesn't turn into cholesterol when heated like vegetable oil does.

This is a very good product. It can handle high heat, without smoking up the kitchen. It doesn't make my food taste funny. I use it for cake mixes, and any item that says use "vegetable oil". I highly recommend this product to everyone.
A little history on this oil. I recently learned that this oil is called canola oil, which is short for Canada Oil This oil comes from a seed, that is called Rape seed. So, since nobody would buy Rape Oil, Canada renamed it Canola Oil.
Anyway, this product is a great price, and is a great product.
