I wouldn’t say I’m a huge tuna guy or eat it often, but it’s a good mix-in when lunch meat starts to feel tired. These 5 oz cans are practical: 20g of protein, 90 calories, and a mild flavor that works in salads, sandwiches, or straight with crackers. The pull-tab lids open cleanly, and the 8-pack stacks neatly in my fridge organizer—a small detail I really appreciate.
And yet, every time I see a can of this stuff, I can’t help but flash back to Jessica Simpson having her mind blown over whether it was chicken or tuna.

I use them for baking, I melt them for hot chocolate, or to dip bananas and strawberries in, I snack on them alone. Without a doubt the best chocolate chips around, and no dairy!
