REALLY like this "stuff". Its rehydration benefits work quickly here in the SW Desert atmosphere. Excellent taste to me. Keep an mixed bottle in the fridge and a couple of packets in the car "just in case".

I have one of these every day. I sweat so much when I work out and can get dehydrated easily. This really helps me to get in fluids and sodium. They taste great too! I can even drink this while working out and it does not upset my stomach. The mix dissolves easily just by shaking a bottle or staring in a cup. I use more water than recommended when I mix this because it can taste very strong and salty if you don't. If you like gatorlyte these are a much better value than buying the bottled version.

Rather than spending $3+ on a bottle at the store, it’s better to have these at home to make it yourself! Taste the same and saves money in the long run. We love these to help keep us hydrated in the heat!
