A friend of mine who is dedicated to eating organic and healthy told me about this. Her description was that it was delicious, light and much less filling than regular store bought pasta. I asked it that just meant you would eat more and she said no – that it was so satisfying that you weren't tempted to overeat nor did you get that stuffed feeling. Shortly after receiving my order we were invited to a friends for spaghetti dinner – there would be a total of 5 people. I asked if I could bring this pasta for everyone to try and it received rave reviews. Everyone agreed with the original assessment – light and delicious and satisfying without overeating. It's about twice the price of regular grocery store pasta but we used one package for 5 people and had leftovers so it was worth it.

Good noodles. Basic ingredients. We tried cause we saw this is the way to go if your cutting out extra ingredients.

Great flavor, texture, and doesn’t get mushy. It’s our favorite.
