Tiny handlesThis pan is pretty great. Better quality than I expected, easy assembly, and very nice looking. I got it as a replacement for a similar pan I got free, years ago, in Japan (also pictured). You can SEE the quality difference. I didn’t specifically measure the volume, but it seems just slightly less than 3 quarts. This is a pan I use daily. My only complaint is that the handles are too small to grab onto. If you try to get a good grip, your fingers will touch the very hot screws or the edges of the pan. I have to pinch the handles to avoid that. It makes it very difficult to pour out water (from pasta) or move it when hot. If it wasn’t surprisingly good quality for the price I would have returned it after the first use.

Great brandHave not used yet, just got today but, I've had this brand pans for awhile and am very happy with them. They are definitely non-stick, super easy to clean, hold a lot, and I'm very glad I brought this brand after a lot of research.

Great Quality and ValueWhile it appears to be heavy weight, it's actually much lighter than we imagined. The quality is excellent for the price, and it looks great. Versatile and useful, at the price we paid (approx. $25), it's a bargain. After using it for a few weeks, we bought the larger capacity version to go with it.

This Pan WorksThis pan did not disappoint. The heat is distributed evenly and cooks perfectly. Cleanup is easy. And the pan looks good sitting in the serving area.
