I love a bit of this in my noodles. It’s also good in various past dishes. Start with a small amount as too much may overwhelm texture and flavor.
I am taking a star away because:
1) the second time I ordered it the jar had a bad seal and had less in it than it should.
2) the container does not list ingredients or nutrient content as is required for food sold in the US.
I’ve bought this multiple times and need to get another for the pantry shelf.
