Clean, full flavored and very handyWhile some things have their merits in fresh form, others store much better dried and are easier to use or measure. When you open this big jug of garlic bits it looks like sawdust but it has a pleasant level of garlic aroma to it, It rehydrates quickly and adds a whole other level to the flavor profile of whatever you are cooking, be it vegetables, bean dishes or grains. The bulk size is more economical over the long run and easily transferred to a smaller container for daily use. With this much on hand I have extra to use to make my own salt free seasonings as well as daily cooking now that cold weather has arrived.
