Chocolate Melting Wafers –
Stellar product that is leaps and bounds above anything else I've used, and I have used way too many. These melting wafers are beautiful and in my 1200 watt microwave, they were perfectly melted after 40-45 seconds. All I needed to do was stir stir stir and they incorporated into a silky smooth chocolate.
The taste was the most impressive. I'm milk chocolate all the way when eating candy and this flavor is rich like a candy bar. I appreciate that it's not chalky nor bitter. I also appreciate that they arrived in tact and not melted in 65° weather.
Overall, I'll need to purchase another 5 or 10 lbs now that I am certain this will work making bars and clusters and performed beautifully when coating pecan turtles. I'm on a roll y'all! Thank you for a lovely product.

No complaints about the chocolate it was exactly as I expected and ot came packed well for the current heat. The bag of chips were in a fpil reflective bag with a chemcial cold pack inside so there was not metling or anything.
