Was goodWas really great. But the only thing it took time to ship it and they arrived ripe. So I had to eat ripe bananas instead of matoke. Was a high price to pay for ripe bananas for sure.

The qualityI use green bananas to make pastelles . The quality of the ground product is very important. The ingredients like salt, achote, and other seasonings are absorbed in the bananas and are the flavor enhancers of the pastelles. This product was great in what I wanted. I’m very happy with my first order from this company.
