I’ve seen yuzu in other products I’ve used (Young Living’s Red Ningxia for example), and when I was researching it, I found this product. The taste is magnificent and the pick me up it gives due to the positive health benefits is also super fantastic. I pour about a teaspoon into the equivalent of a bottled water and that gentle burst of grapefruit’s flavor you get is terrific. This would be great in mixed drinks and smoothies, too. Go for it!

My local Japanese fusion restaurant has a dish they call "seven mushroom to-ban." After questioning servers about the ingredients, I developed a hack to make it at home. The only difficult part is finding the yuzu juice to give the butter sauce the right citrus tang. Oranges, lemons, and limes — even a combination of them — doesn't give the right flavor. It has to be yuzu juice. Since I can't find yuzu juice anywhere near where I live, I turned to this. It's perfect! Yes, it's expensive, and yes, the bottle is small. But if you need yuzu juice, there are no substitutes. This is what you want.
