Great Light Flavor, Good Addition to Soy-Sauce PantryI had heard the term Ponzu before and have definitely had this type of citrus-light-soy-sauce before, but until a recipe called for it, I'd never bought any. I tried four brands and this is my favorite. The others were all 'good', but mostly just tasted like soy sauce. This has a more distinct citrus flavor and is lighter (less salty-dark) than others. If you use Braggs Aminos or other soy sauces to finish out a rice-based meal definitely consider this

Tastes orange and sourGood product and it does tastes like orange flavored vinegar. But expensive for the size.

Love itTastes amazing! Better than anything I could find in the grocery store and the consistency is perfect! The citrus notes are not overpowering and it’s a perfectly balanced flavor

Ponzu Sauce - Not to MissLove Ponzu. It's a new food for me but boy does it add a flavor profile yo just about anything and it isn't spicy, so my husband will wat it. It turns a chickpea salad or even plain rice into a tasty dish. I am not an authority on ponzu, so you may find a more complex or Michelen star version out there.
Let’s taste Japanese yuzu! –
Very tastyI saw this sauce mentioned on a Japanese cooking show. Wanting to try a high quality version, I chose this one. It did not disappoint. The size is good, not so big nor too small. I knew I was paying more for the quality, but still feel it a good value. The bottle came intact and sealed. The flavor is different, but pleasant. If you want a quality trial of the ponzu flavor, this one is good.
