Lovely salts, would purchase again.I bought this as a git for some friends that are self proclaimed salt snobs and they really enjoyed it. We had a them over and they brought fresh homemade popcorn that we divided into 6 containers and seasoned with the salts. The favorites of the salts were the Fiori, Saffron, and the Porcini. Some of the salts had very large granules that we had to grind up in a mortar and pestle so the salt would cling to the surface of the popcorn, but for nearly any other salt application I can think of the granule size would not be a problem. Our friends have already others ask where they purchased their salts and when I received the package my husband did mention a few times that we should keep it for ourselves and find the friends some other gift. I would definitely purchase the set again for either a gift or for myself.

Great for adding fresh flavorsEasily elevates even the most mundane dishes and encourages experimentation with old favorites. Note that the sizes are dainty but a little goes a long way.

I agree with what some other reviewers said, the Porcini and the Truffle salt steal the show. The mushroom flavor comes through strong and they smell delicious. I liked all of them. I will be using these. They will last a long time. I switched to this type of crushed rock style salt on my food and I have had one container of plain white salt, maybe 2 oz I have been using for over a year and it is still half full. When you use salt like this you just need to grab a tiny pinch and spread it over your food. You get this lovely crunch and bite of salt when eating your dish that I love.
Also these come packaged in a long tube and look fantastic. I will be buying these are gifts for Christmas. Very pleased!

Novel Italian flavors from Italy, packaged for giftingI'm into infused salts now, first good EVOO and tomato sauces, now this. I like it is from Italy, so the flavors are specific to that country—fennel, truffle, porcini, etc.. I got mine today and even like that a 'best use by' date is listed on each bottle, the year 2020. The bottles are colorful and packaged in a see-thru plastic tube, nice for gifting, but i'm going to break it up and use some and maybe save a few for gifts. I got them at about $25 a set, so that's a good buy per bottle. Will report again as I use the flavors…

AMAZING ADDITION TO MY SPICE COLLECTION!I LOVE THESE! As a matter of fact, i love everything about ordering these, receiving them, the seller, the quality and the quantity!
They are exactly as pictured, each blend in it's own small glass jar (although small, they each pack a whollop, and will last a considerable amount of time, due to quality of the blend, airtightness of containers and amount in each) , they were shipped in a tube, surrounded by large bubble wrap, which was then surrounded in tissue paper, taped that way, and shipped in a bubble mailer. I ordered this on Saturday night, and received it Wednesday (SO FAST!) The truffle is strong in flavor, the porcini is strong in flavor, the Herb Blend has Juniper in it, (the fennel one did as well) which was a pleasant surprise for me, as i have never used it as a seasoning before. (SO FRAGRANT!) The Saffron Salt had a more than generous ratio of saffron threads to salt (considering the cost of saffron, I got MUCH more than i paid for )The Fiori Blend even has some larger identifiable flower pieces (a surprise to be sure, but I was also intrigued) as a gourmet food hobbyist (Someone who dabbles in creating gourmet food at home) I was insanely happy with this purchase! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
