Must Watch Before Buying Caribbean Rhythms Mild Curry Powder –
I'm new to Jamaican cooking so bought this brand to try in a few recipes. It smells divine and the flavor/spice it adds to the dish is tasty and a bit different than Indian curry. I'm very happy with this hot curry powder.

We go to Jamaica quite a bit, oxtail is my fav next to goat curry. I mean it's not the same as when you're in Jamaica, definitely not Jamaican me crazy, but close enough until the next time I go. To be honest, oxtail is extremely expensive, it's about $30 to $40 for a few pieces of mostly bone. This product is a good addition to get you close to not wasting money.

I rarely make oxtails but I swear I use this seasoning on everything. In fact, just tonight I put it on pork chops with a little pepper and they were fantastic. The taste is a little hard to describe. It is savory but there is a little sweetness to it. There is no heat or spice and you can literally put it on just about anything.
