Tastes fine. Instructions though say to shake it. Once opened the cap alone doesn't seal very well and the milk splatters.

Cutting down on dairy, I make a mix of this almond milk with regular dairy milk. Use it mostly to add to coffee and tea
and the occasional oatmeal on cold days. I like it, though I would much prefer to drink whole milk and cream, but….
