Very good quality as I would expect after having spent several years living in VT and doing my own maple. I am rather surprised at the enormous price increase just recently. I had recommended y'all to friends and am shocked at the difference. This will not be good for your business.

First time trying sugar like this. It is delicious and I use it in my lattes and tea so far. I couldn’t imagine using it for baking like I had planned on because of how small the bag is and expensive! See the picture and the size in my hand, it’s about halfway filled. Taste only has a hint of maple, which is perfect in my opinion.
