Contains monosodium glutamate (MSG)Purchased this product to replace just-finished smaller jar of same. There is no ingredient information on the listing, but I assumed was same ingredients. Even though the finished bottle did not contain MSG, this product does. Also, the label is poorly applied so it's difficult to impossible to read the ingredients or nutrition info. It's also non-returnable.

Recipe instructionsBar code sticker hides the recipe instructions. Good I still had some from my previous purchase. With that said, this is the best Jerk Seasoning. Could be a little more detail in instructions, regarding how many escallions to use per 3 lb chicken. I used 2.
