I use these strained tomatoes in chili and soups. I cannot have added sugar and do not like high salt content. These tomatoes are just tomatoes. and provide a perfect base for recipes.

Very good flavor and quality brand from Italy. I like to buy these by the case from Azure Standard now, but when on sale at whole foods they are worth the cost. The glass jar adds to keeping the flavor balanced and non toxic.
