A little goes a long way!I’ve really enjoyed putting this in baked goods and dinners since I’ve got it. The number one thing I’ve learned is a little goes a long way! I tried replacing all of the butter in pancakes with this and it just turned out inedible because the truffle taste is waaaaaay too strong. However I’ve found that if I replace like 1/4 of the oil in a recipe, or slightly less, it can add some great dimension to a dish.
I’ve also noticed I get a lot of heartburn from this oil (another reason to use sparingly!). That might just be because the main ingredient isn’t actually olive truffle oil, but sunflower oil. So it’s worth being aware of that.
Overall I think this is a great product and a fun way to experiment with truffle 🙂

Much more flavorful than expected! Great on popcorn.I had been buying smaller, more expensive bottles/cans of truffle oil and when the one I usually purchased was not available I looked for an alternative. I took a chance on this one and am glad I did. It would have been a waste to buy such a large amount if it turned out I didn't like it. It actually has just as much if not more truffle flavor than my usual, much more expensive one (per ounce). I use it on popcorn with a little truffle salt. Yum! For the price per ounce, this is cheaper and I like the flavor, so I feel like it is an excellent deal, especially if you will be using it frequently.
