Very fine powder!I was in a desperate need of garlic powder after just moving in and buying a home. We already went grocery shopping so I figured I would go on Amazon to purchase it. As other reviewers have said, I have bought Badia garlic powder before in a smaller bottle. However, this consistency really is like baby powder. I guess in the smaller bottle, it's granulated, although it both says garlic powder. My boyfriend likes it because it does have a punch of a flavor. I don't really like it too much just because I know there will be accidents of when I put too much into my recipes.

Super yummy garlic that's easy to add to dinners and cook on the FlyI'm gluten free. I had absolutely no bad reaction to this garlic and it tastes fresh and super great. I like that I can quickly add it to my dinners and cook up something really yummy really quickly. It's a lot in this container but don't be feared it really does go a long way and you will go through it faster than you can ever imagine. It just taste that great. Badia is a great brand and they have a great attention to Quality, detail, and have a great presentation for the garlic powder. I'm super happy to use this on all of my cooking that garlic is needed and even sometimes we'll use it in addition to fresh garlic or minced garlic. I like how easy it is to use, how fast it came in shipping, and how great it tastes. It's a little more powdery than granulated but I don't mind, I still like it and think it still turns out great in my cooking.
