I’ve been using Atlas 1 LT Cold Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a while, and I love it. The glass bottle feels healthier than plastic, and the premium quality really shows. The flavor is excellent—perfect for salads or cooking. I’m very health-conscious and rarely use other oils like corn oil, so this Moroccan single-family farm organic EVOO has become my kitchen staple. I ended up watching this video saying how Moroccan olives contain much higher concentrations of healthy ingredients compared to olive oil's from other parts of the world including Italy. It says right on the bottle the awards it's one that it's certified organic etc. Out of curiosity I wanted to try Moroccan olive oil and this one had some great reviews. I will say this oil is very high quality and tastes wonderful! I've never seen anything packaged so well in bubble wrap, there was not a chance it could get damaged or broken and arrived quickly. I have tons of flavored Olive Oil's from a specialty oil store but it's nice to drizzle fresh tasting olive oil on things such as pasta, fresh potato salad with nothing but high quality olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs! Or for dipping bread with balsamic. It shows the expiration date as well. Very flavorful, I will be buying again! It's also a very nice bottle -this would make a nice gift. I think I will send one to my aunt!

Best tasting and cooking Olive oil I’ve found. I hate strong olive flavor in my oil and so many olive oils are mixed and don’t cook properly. This brand is a perfect olive oil for cooking or making dressing without the strong olive flavor. I also find you don’t need to use as much depending on what you’re cooking

I take a tablespoon of this each night because a few friends and articles said the source is from one farm in the Atlas mountains in Morocco. While olive oil in general is healthy, this brand and source is supposedly superior to all other extra virgin olive oils for it rich polyphenols. Can't tell is it makes a difference but so farm I have no had any bad effects. I mostly take it with a spoon of in salads. I haven't tried cooking with it. It tastes fine alone.

This olive oil is listed as polyphenol rich!! But the phenol are not listed by type or content quantity!! Otherwise this olive oil has a pleasant olive taste with just a hint of pepper at the end. It seems like it would be nice on salads or to cook with. Try it, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!!

First purchase of this O.O. sourced from Morocco. I purchase majority of my Olive Oil from Greece and Crete. Atlas has a different flavor than the korenecki varieties I receive from Greece which have the aroma of a garden with hints of fresh cut grass. Atlas O.O. has an enticing aroma with a buttery texture. The Phenophylol is intense with a moderate burning sensation in the back of my throat.
I have viewed various negative reviews of this product. I can only vouch for my experience and this Olive Oil deserves your attention. One of the best sellers on Amazon and I concur that it is very good and deserves ones attention.

I wait WEEKS before reviewing anything because I've learned my lesson about jumping to conclusions. Well, this is bottle #2 and I'm officially on Subscribe & Save, so that should tell you everything.
Nothing will EVER beat that magical bottle I bought from that wizened vendor in a Marrakech who probably pressed it with his grandmother's ancient stone mill while whispering Berber incantations. But in the real world where I can't fly to Morocco every time I run out of olive oil… this is pretty damn good.
This oil has that beautiful peppery bite that makes you go "Ah!" – you know, that throat tingle that screams "I'M REAL OLIVE OIL, NOT SOME SUPERMARKET IMPOSTER!" It's grassy, fruity, and complex enough to make my family's palates very happy. Perfect for drizzling on fresh tomatoes, finishing a tagine, or just being fancy with some French bread and fresh garlic.
Multi-Use Magic: I use this for everything – cooking, salad dressings, even as a hair mask when I'm feeling very Mediterranean.
Here's my only beef – the amount of plastic packaging! I get it, glass bottles need protection, but Amazon went full bubble-wrap apocalypse on this poor bottle. Very un-eco for such a beautiful, organic product.
My take: Excellent quality-to-price ratio. While my heart belongs to that vendor in Morocco, this keeps my kitchen (and conscience) happy without breaking the bank.

I could not wait to taste this olive oil oil, which was toasted online as being so top-of-the-line and delicious and I am happy to say I was not disappointed. It's difficult to describe the taste without comparing it to a normal cold press olive oil so I will go out on a win and say it has a deep almost nutty, fruity flavor that put it over the top. I have tasted many different brands of olive oil in the past in different countries, and this one in a word is simply superb. I would never dare to swallow a teaspoon of olive oil, but I would not hesitate in this case, as it is really delicious on its own and when used in combination with other foods. I haven't tried it yet, but I can just imagine using it with a few herbs and dipping a crusty brioche in it. I don't think I would stop at 1 teaspoon. I highly recommend this extremely tasty product. It arrived quickly and very well wrapped in a lovely dark glass bottle as promised. Years ago, I would've hesitated to spend a great amount of money just for olive oil, but I have learned that you get what you pay for and this one as well worth the price.

An excellent, versatile olive oil. We use it for cooking, on baked potatoes, on salads, for dunking bread and more! Being grown and harvested in Morocco, where weather is harsh, means it is the highest in polyphenols and anti-oxidants. It's flavor is very mild.
It is suggested by some to take a tablespoon of this type olive oil daily for health. While I'm certainly no doctor, I can't see any danger in doing so. After all, it is organic, and it's super-high in vital nutrients.
The bottle is made from a very dark glass, not plastic. The dark glass protects the oil from light, which could degrade the oil. We keep some of it conveniently on the kitchen counter, in a dark amber glass cruet.
