It's been around since the beginning of time. A kitchen staple. Mix a tablespoon up with some cold water and then when its all dissolved, slowly add it to anything you want "THICKER" without altering the flavor at all. This is the secret. Makes meat drippings and all those little tasty lil' bits at the bottom of a roasted chicken, or a roast beef, or a rack of dinosaur, the gravy turns into a silky smooth and DELICIOUS piece of culinary delight.
