I needed potato starch to make karaage, and decided to try this. It turned out great, but the size was like half the size I expected it to be. I like the Anthony's brand and I usually get the bigger bags which I thought this was, I didn't even know they made bags this size. Idk, but the bag pictured in the listing also seemed bigger than what I received….
