I bought the Italian oil because the Mediterranean had olives sourced from different countries which is a big no no for me. This oil is exceptional with a very spicy flavor (better health benefits as this is the indicator for higher amount of polyphenols) that I love for drizzling and roasting vegetables etc. The bottle I received was very fresh tasting with a shelf date of July/26, I will definitely use it before it expires. I find this to be a great value as I've purchased award winning California oil at twice the price with hardly any flavor. I will definitely come back for more. If you like a full flavored olive oil with bite, this one is for you! Cannot wait to use it for focaccia…yum!

not the best but as I use it to soak my nails it works – put in dish, warm in microwave, soak fingernails for 10 minutes then wipe off excess and massage nails – good for cuticles and the massasge encourages nail growth. This was shared with me many years ago by a nail tech who worked at Merle Norman Studio.

These 5 oz cans are practical: 20g of protein, 90 calories, and a mild flavor that works in salads, sandwiches, or straight with crackers. The pull-tab lids open cleanly, and the 8-pack stacks neatly in my fridge organizer—a small detail I really appreciate.

I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with an olive oil, but here we are. I picked up the Amazon Fresh Mediterranean Blend EVOO a little skeptically—I usually buy smaller artisanal brands, but the price and size (a generous 2 liters!) were too good to pass up. I’m so glad I gave it a try.
Right off the bat, the aroma is fresh and fruity, with a hint of pepperiness that I always look for in a good extra virgin olive oil. The flavor is balanced and smooth—not overly bitter or grassy. I’ve used it for everything from salad dressings to sautés to roasting veggies, and it performs beautifully across the board. It even makes a surprisingly nice dip for bread when paired with balsamic and herbs.
Another huge plus: the bottle is sturdy and pours easily without dripping. It also seals well, which helps keep the oil fresh longer (always a concern with large bottles). The blend of olives from the Mediterranean really does feel authentic—this isn’t just a bland cooking oil, it actually enhances the flavor of your food.
