Whenever these are on sale, I always try to get least four bags if possible. I sometimes make peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and I've been trying to figure out the right dark chocolate to use. I have used barred chocolate and also other brands of chocolate chips. These are the best as the melting quality is on point, the flavor and bitterness of the chocolate is perfect. Works well with whatever dough you were going to make. At the time I ordered these, they were $2.96 a bag which was great value and everything was $4 plus. They are the right size for any chocolate chip or chocolate chip variation you are planning to make. They are not too sweet. They're just the right amount of thickness. All in all, a good chocolate chip for baking

I LOVE THESE!! I mean, I seriously love them. I'm on a weight loss journey and have been treating myself to a tablespoon of these every other day. They're rich and intensly dark and creamy. I haven't baked with them, but I am sure they would be delicious. I recommend and am about to grab myself a tablespoonful! YUM

I recently used these to make brownies from scratch. Specifically, I made black bean brownies. I know that sounds gross, but I was coming off of a sugar detox and wanted to try to bake a new, healthy dessert. These worked perfectly and helped to make the brownies actually delicious! We've used them for other snacks and desserts since then. I suggest you try them out and enjoy 🙂
