- This Chimichurri mix is a condiment made of freshly dehydrated parsley, garlic, oregano, crushed red pepper and other spices. The directions on the bottle are for a savory sauce to be used on any meat, fish, game, poultry, or vegetable. Some people use it to dip their bread in, they use it as a marinade, and also as a dry rub on meat intended for smoking. How ever you use Al Frugoniโs Chimichurri mix, we are positive the outcome will be unique and absolutely delicious.

My friend was having an event last weekend and they were making picanha and provided this chimichurri sauce with it in both spicy and not spicy. And then they had Little sliders with sausage and you could choose, which chimichurri you wanted on top. It blew me and my friends away. It was so delicious! So naturally, every single one of us ordered some. I was craving Some deviled eggs and decided to make chimichurri deviled eggs. Absolutely delicious! 10/10 for taste, Versatility, How easy it is to use, And since itโs dried it, it has a nice long shelf life.
I work on a private island In the Bahamas, and due to all the different nationalities are food can sometimes beโฆ.bland. I will be taking a jar of this with me when I go back!

Very versatile. It's great on everything. My favorite is to use a nice balsamic vinegar and a nice olive oil and use it on my bacon, egg, and cheese burritos.

Great spice to make Chimmichuri Chicken w Rice Soup and other recipes, you will use more spice than we are used to but this is organic. Fresh. If you want more bite add a few drops red pepper oil or flakes. Simple use qt & 1/2 chicken broth, 1/2 rotissary chicken chopped, 1/2 C frozen mixed veggies or fresh, 1 C. Cooked white rice and a couple T. Chimmichuri spice to taste. Delish!

Super easy, a little goes a long way! According to the bottle you add equal amounts of the dried chimichurri mix to vinegar and then let that sit for a moment, once the spices plump up you add oil….then WOW!! I had no idea chimichurri could be this easy and taste this fresh right out of a spice bottle! A little goes a long way so I feel this is a really great value and definitely has upped my cooking game!
