Delicious and better for you pasta sauce! –
This is one of the best tasting jarred tomato sauces we have tried. We try to eat organically as much as we can, Whole Foods is an hour and a half – once a month shopping trip. Being available on Amazon is great for fill-ins if we run out. The glass jars come very well packed, and we have never experienced a problem with breakage. The ingredient list is very clean without any words you can't pronounce.

Prego is the brand I go to. Just because it’s the most consistent through the years in flavor. This brand I love. Price I don’t get mad about extremely fair. Flavors are all really good. Very nice sauce that is not watery. Actually very nice sauce with definite tomatoes or mushrooms you can see. Flavor is close to home made. Tsp. Of sugar home made tastes for sure. How I know they are actually using fresh ingredients.

Nicely chunky with tomatoes, onion, and spices. Has a wonderful umami flavor from the portobellos. Recommend heartily and would make an excellent base to a sauce with added vegetables or meat.

Tried this for the first time and am really impressed. I thought the seasoning was robust, with a little "bite" to it, which I like.
I understand some mentioning that they found it less thick than they like, but I didn't find that an issue. I normally cook my pasta al dente, put it back in the pot with about 1/2 cup pasta water and the sauce and finish cooking on low for 3 to 5 minutes. Used about 1/4 cup pasta water with this and it finished perfectly.

Not bad at all for price! It needed some pepper and salt but other than that, I'd buy it again!
Has a mellow flavor and chunky tomatoes. The mushroom bits are very tiny cubes and are a tad chewy. Cooking longer may soften them.

Cant return because it is food. Except that one jar our of two was missing and the other one was leaking from the cap. So I am left with product that I cannot use. It looked like the package was opened and resealed and these was pasta sauce smeared over the inside of the box. Not happy
After contacting Amazon, they immediately sent 2 replacement jars with lots of cushion to keep glass jars from breaking. Thank you, Amazon.
Made spaghetti last night and it was delicious!! I will buy more of this sauce because of the great taste and great customer service.
