Method
- If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before assembling the brochettes to prevent them from burning.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the meat and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between the different ingredients.
- Brush the brochettes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- If using a marinade, you can brush it onto the brochettes for extra flavor.
- Place the brochettes on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve the brochettes hot with your favorite side dishes or sauces.
