  • Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry the beef until cooked through. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Push the garlic to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the garlic.
  • Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are slightly tender.
  • Add the cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything well.
  • Add the cooked beef back to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
