Beef and lamb mixed shawarma

- In a large bowl, combine the beef, lamb, onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated with the spices. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated meat in batches until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- Warm the pita bread or wraps in a separate pan or oven.
- Assemble the shawarma by placing a generous amount of the cooked meat mixture onto each pita bread or wrap. Add your favorite toppings and sauces.
- Roll up the pita bread or wrap and serve hot. Enjoy!
