Ingredients
- 1 cup black rice
- 1/2 cup short-grain white rice
- 1/2 cup mixed beans (such as soybeans, black beans, adzuki beans)
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Rinse the black rice and white rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.

- Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let it sit covered for an additional 5 minutes.
