- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 4 green onions chopped

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust to taste)

- Cooked white rice for serving

- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and chili paste. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until well coated.
