- 2 lbs cassava leaves (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped

- 1 lb smoked fish or meat (optional)

Instructions
- If using fresh cassava leaves, wash them thoroughly and chop them finely. If using frozen leaves, defrost them.
- In a large pot, heat some palm oil and sauté the onions, garlic, and tomatoes until fragrant.
- Add the cassava leaves to the pot and stir well. If using smoked fish or meat, add it at this point.
- Dilute the peanut butter in some water and pour it into the pot. Stir well to combine.
- Add enough water to cover the mixture and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
