Lamb koftas

Method
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a long sausage shape around the wooden skewers.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan or on a grill over medium-high heat.
- Grill the koftas for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and nicely browned on all sides.
- Serve the lamb koftas hot with a side of yogurt sauce, pita bread, and a salad.
- Enjoy!
