Method
- In a bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a seasoning blend.
- Rub the seasoning blend evenly over the thinly sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or braai over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the seasoned beef slices for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the Kapana Braai hot with fresh lemon wedges, sliced bread or rolls, and a side of tomato salsa or salad.
