Cooked Mopane worms with chili

Method
- Rinse the dried Mopane worms in cold water to remove any debris. Soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes to rehydrate.
- In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the rehydrated Mopane worms to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they start to brown slightly.
- Add the chopped chili pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve the cooked Mopane worms with chili garnished with fresh cilantro, if desired.
- Enjoy!
